Bar/Bat Mitzvah

One of the highlights of our members’ religious experience is when their children are called to the Torah as a Bar or Bat Mitzvah. At Manetto Hill Jewish Center we understand the importance of this day and the religious significance of becoming a Bar or Bat Mitzvah. In addition to chanting the Haftorah, many of our children read from Torah and lead the congregation in services.

Rabbi Neil works with each child individually to ensure that when their special day arrives, the child is prepared, confident, and understands the meaning and responsibilities of becoming a Bar or Bat Mitzvah.
